What is Birdie Juice®?

Birdie Juice® is a 2.5 oz  Proformance Beverage designed for golfers that contains a propriety blend of ingredients like B-vitamins, all natural caffeine, biotin and turmeric with only 20 calories. 


Why do I need Birdie Juice®?

For most of us, Golf can be an endurance sport.  We engage muscles in unique ways and expend up to 1,200 calories over 6 hours to complete a round.  No other form of exercise requires such duration of endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength.  Birdie Juice™ provides energy, stamina, focus and relief that golfers need.


Is Birdie Juice® an Energy Shot?

No.  Most energy shots simply provide short boosts of energy partially derived from artificial ingredients. Birdie Juice® provides lasting energy from natural ingredients and also includes ingredients which provide Stamina, Focus and Relief that golfers need over 18 holes.


How do I know if Birdie Juice® is right for me?

Birdie Juice™ is intended for men and women golfers who want to feel better and play longer, but everyone is different.  Some people can take the maximum recommended daily amount of Birdie Juice® (one before your round, and one after 9 holes) while others find they may need less.  To find out Birdie Juice™ works best for you, take half a bottle to start. Wait about 30 minutes then decide if you still need an additional boost.


How much Caffeine is in Birdie Juice®?

Each 2.5 oz service of Birdie Juice® contains all natural caffeine, about as much as an cup of coffee. Caffeine is an alkaloid occurring naturally in over 60 plant species including  cocoa beans, kola nuts, tea leaves.   Unlike synthetic caffeine, natural caffeine is delivered to your body in a steady manner, prompting a sustainable energy boost and mental clarity for a longer period of time.  


Birdie Juice® contains 500% RDV of B6 and B12, is that dangerous?

No. In fact, the levels of B12 and B6 are within safe limits.  The RDA (recommended daily allowance) is a minimum daily amount set by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine.


Has Birdie Juice® been approved by the FDA.

The FDA does not "approve" dietary supplement is “approved” by the FDA. They are, however, stringently regulated and must comply with the provisions of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act as regulated by the FDA.


How much Birdie Juice® can I take per day?

We recommend taking no more than two servings (5 oz total) per day, spaced several hours apart.


Who should not take Birdie Juice®? 

Women who are pregnant or nursing and children under the age of 18.
Check with your doctor before taking if you are currently taking any prescription medications, have been advised by your physician to avoid stimulants or caffeine, have a medical condition that makes you concerned about taking it, or are otherwise concerned about taking it for any reason.


Does Birdie Juice® contain alcohol?

No, Birdie Juice is a non-alcoholic beverage.
